“You’re easy to read, Ivy, but the whole book of you is complicated.” OH MY GOD HOW HAVE I NOT HEARD OF THIS BOOK BEFORE?!?Can I just stop for a minute and say thank you to Amy Engle for writing a dystopian world where there’s no definite “good guys” and “bad guys”? That she took the time to write a...

I am so happy that I picked this up at the library. It was such a great book and I flew through it. I loved the characters so much and the world was so interesting. It has been a while since I have read a dystopian book and I am so happy that I decided to dive back into this genre with this duology.

I was all excited about this book. I have posted a trailer reveal on my blog and I was really looking forward to this book. It made me sad that I didn't like it. I really had to push my way through the books, which came with lots of sighs, ranting and moans of urgh. Which drove my boyfriend crazy an...

I had fairly high expectations while going into this book because of all of the good reviews I had seen from people on Goodreads, as well as all of the praise it was receiving on Booktube. I was excited to dive into it, but a little weary about whether or not it was going to live up to the hype. I...
