This is a story where I like the supporting characters (Josh's neighbours on the ship) more than the MCs themselves.I feel that Josh was pretty insecure and often emotionally imbalance he could tip over just from a gentle nudge from the Perfect Captain. A lackluster MC (sometimes a bit TSTL), a woefully under-exploited setting (the gorgeous Greek Isles), a couple of cardboard-cutout secondary characters, and an absolute dearth of plot. Plot:Weak, whiny, no self esteem character meets nasty, mean spirited character and they have sex while the "top" insults the "bottom".Typical Scarlet Blackwell plot line. My last try at her work.
3,5 stars.I`m giving The Captain`s Man two ratings.2,5 stars for "kind of nice, but where was the plot?".4,5 stars for rough, downright dirty and hot-as-hell sex scenes!
