I bought this for my god-daughter. It's full of good information for young girls and is presented in an easy to read format. She is only 7 right now and their is defiantly some information she is not ready for but there is lots to get her started on being responsible with the care of her body.
This book is just what I needed to start a dialog with my 9 year old daughter. It explains the basics in a very clear and age appropriate way.
