Cat Who #29 Well this is it, the last book of the Cat Who series. One thing to keep in mind is that the author didn't intend The Cat Who Had 60 Whiskers to be the very last book. There were plans for at least one more called The Cat Who Smelled Smoke, but it was canceled after the author died. ...

This was a seriously unsatisfying end to what was a very charming and occasionally enthralling sleuth series. It was like the dregs or basic ideas of about six books were thrown together to make one very poor novel, not even following the general formula that was a staple for the Qwilleran books. I ...
