4.5 StarsDeath and afterlife has always been a fascinating subject and after reading the book blurb and the reviews, this book was worth a try. And the title, cover and plot was so much more than I hoped it would be. A lovely book with lovely characters. I'm up for reading some more books from Jess.

Readalong with the lovely Christina from Christina Reads YA! This.... was a bit of a mess. And by "a bit" I mean "a rather large mess." For many reasons; I admit I'm quite disappointed. Too cutesy, too cliched, too annoying to make much of an impact.
