I finally decided to pick up The Demon King and read, as it's been on my to read list for a while now, and maybe the mood was right, but I really, really enjoyed it. And when I finished it, in like 6 hours, I decided to read the rest of the series. So I finished all of them this week. I have not ha...

AHHH I CAN’T WRITE A REVIEW FOR THIS!!! Okay, bottom line: you should know that I loved this book SO. MUCH. That it actually, physically, hurts. I loved everything about this book. I loved the way it started, the pacing, the plot—really, JUST EVERYTHING. I want to bow down to Chima for having a sl...

So many questions, so many stories that needed telling. A story of their own they needed to write. One with a happy ending. Easiest rating I ever had to give. It’s true, I ever only started on this series because of this book. So it was a bit of a winded, intricate and LONG ASS wait to get to this p...

3.5 stars.I didn't unconditionally love this series, but it got better as it went on, and the last book was a satisfying finish. It reduced a lot of issues that I had with earlier books - there was much more action throughout, the love triangle was reduced in that Raisa and Han at least knew what th...

A satisfying wrap-up of most elements in the series, though at times a little neat and convenient. For example, wouldn't it be better to keep a little tension at the end of the story by keeping Fiona alive?

The Crimson Crown completes Cinda Williams Chima's Seven Realms series in a wonderful, outstanding fashion that makes the reader not only appreciate the book by itself, but the series overall. Queen Raisa and Han Alister, friends and both distant descendants of the infamous Demon King and legendary ...

"Everything's a risk."In the Seven Realms, truer words have never been spoken.4.5 stars I'm so sad to see the Seven Realms series come to an end.Mystery! Intrigue! Adventure! Danger! Magic! Fighting! Forbidden Love! How many rounds of awesome can we squeeze into one book? I don't know the final tall...

An Amazing and Epic Finish to a Fantastic Series.Raisa is now the Queen but everyone is either trying to marry her or kill her it seems, sometimes both. It is so hard to know who to trust and it seems everyone in Raisa’s life is working toward their own means. She is an Island in the middle of a s...

Chima packs a punch in this last book. I was on the edge of my seat as Raisa and Han were in peril and fighting to survive against many evil plots. The evil wizards really get ugly in this book, but they are no match for the devious trickster, Hanson "Cuffs" Allister. I cannot profess my love for th...
