As you know, I have already railed about the many issues that I find in the books in this series. But I have to see it to the end, so I keep plodding on. I won’t be rehashing those problems because I believe if a reader finds a book problematic, they should just stop reading it. Reading the subseque...

Re-Read:April 17 - April 19These stories never cease to amaze me. Even the second time around. Everything so interconnected and the bigger picture is always looming and I’m on the edge of my seat like I don’t know what is going to happen. #sillyme

AudiobookI'm going to have to give up on this series. I could handle the "we're both keeping secrets and are trying not to hurt each other" story line that went on and on. But when an author veers off into a retelling of religion, especially my religion, I start to feel uncomfortable and I could tel...

*Book source ~ NetGalley Charley Davidson is a PI, grim reaper, wife and mom. She has a lot on her plate at the moment, but nothing as important as trapping three gods in the god glass pendant before they find her daughter. Still, it’s nothing she can’t handle. Right? Ummm… Omg, I’m still loving...

Meanwhile, she’s trying to learn more about the three gods sent to kill her daughter, and if Reyes, her beloved husband and son of Satan, knows he was formed from on...

Big plans. She also has huge obstacles but since which has she ever let them get in the way. I’m enjoying wat...

My review and an extended sample of the audiobook are posted at Hotlistens.com. After we spent all of The Dirt on the Ninth Grave in Sleepy Hollow, in The Curse of the Tenth Grave, we are back in Albuquerque. Charley has her memory back and has learned a lot of new things that she didn’t know befo...

There are few authors I will accept cliff hangers from, but Darynda Jones is one of them. This series is so addicting that this reader doesn't mind being left by the seat of her pants until the next book comes out.

Charley has a secret. And it’s a doozey. She knows what Reyes really is, how he was created – and she has no idea if this revelation means she can’t properly trust him, certainly not in protecting their daughter, Beep It’s only made worse by the distance that seems to be growing between them. Of c...

Charley, Reyes, Cookie and the rest of the crew are back in The Curse of Tenth Grave. And what a story! So many important things happened this time around that I can’t even imagine what world-shattering secrets will be waiting for us in book eleven. ‘I was always breaking some celestial being’s ru...
