Honestly, I didn't get vary far in this novel at all. The story is about Mr. and Mrs. Collins' daughters. After reading a few pages, I found that I really didn't care to know about them. I will try more of Ms. Aston's Austenesque stories.
This was, well it was a nice read now and again. But mostly I just now and then saw characters I knew, there was the "Mr Wickham" "Mr Darcy" "Lizzy" "Jane" and "Mr Collins. She could have tried more to give them voices of their own and not mould them after Austen figures. Just because it's an Austen...
Not really Pride and Prejudice, but a good historical romance. Main character is fun and intelligent, but blind to the true nature of her sister.
