It’s so nice to see more of the Mackeltar brothers. Dageus really gives his brother a run for his money with the dangerous, dark quality he has going on in this book. It’s pretty difficult to say which I prefer. Of course, I’d take them both. This was yet another great installment of Moning’s Highla...

I resisted this series for so long. After a rocky beginning, I'm really loving these. This has been the best so far, in my opinion.

OMG, I quit! I QUITTTTTT~!My brain hurts from all those convoluted stuff, all those strange paradoxes and the boring pacing. The plot that repeats itself over and over and over in each and every book~! Goodbye, fairies and weird ass books and strange talking people. GOODBYEEEEEE!!!!!

5/11 - I LOVE KAREN MARIE MONING and her HIGHLANDERS!! Why hasn't one of these amazing men come along and rescued me from my boring existence? My favourite part of all Moning's Highlander books are the super intelligent heroines and the way they're the only ones brave/strong enough to stand up to ...

I liked this one almost as much as Kiss of the Highlander - really enjoying the MacKeltar clan and more of the lore and the Fae in the last two, even though they're still more historical romances.

Alright, I give this one 3 stars cos of the plot. It was interesting to a point. But I feel like Dageus' story suffered a lot because of it. And that is why I'm left a little disappointed & ALOT wanting where his story is concerned. Let me attempt to explain myself... By the time I reached the 79% m...

3.5 stars overall, Though, I would give 4 stars for the continuing storyline itself. How could I like #4 so much more than #5!The Heroine:She smiled beatifically. “Really? You don’t think I’m the biggest geek in the world?”Oh yes Chloe, you are a geek. You are also kind of a goofier and less engagin...

I’ve only read Moning’s Highlander series, w...

Omigod! I don't know what to make of this book. For the record, I liked the story and I love Dageus, despite being out of character. But given the circumstances, that was perfectly understandable. When I was first introduced to Dageus in Kiss of the Highlander, I thought of him as the more easy-going...
