Good enough to continue the series but didn't go deep enough into the curses/talents to really have me connect. Light and entertaining, easy to read though.
I've heard great things about this series. I'm very glad that I finally checked it out. It has lots of sexiness, action and a really good story going on. All of the Lords are stuck with a demon. There's a battle brewing. I'll definitely keep to reading to see where it goes.

Showalter was smart to start this series with such...

Opening line: " Every night death came, slowly, painfully, and every morning Maddox awoke in bed, knowing he'd have to die again later. As a fan of paranormal romance and in particular JR Ward's Black Dagger Brotherhood my searches for what to read next kept taking me to this series. That's not t...
Thank the stars this book was not totally terrible. After reading the prequel, I didn't know what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised at what I discovered. It's almost as if it was written by a completely different person and I say almost only because every now and then a paragraph would come u...
