This review was originally posted on One Curvy BloggerThe Darkest Passion is the fifth book in the Lords of the Underworld series and has been one of the hardest ones for me to me to re-read. You give of yourself with no thoughts to your own happiness."Awesome book. Made me cry too. If only there was no Legion i...

I can't really give 4 stars to this one. It doesn't quite reach the 3.5 I sometimes use to reach the 4 stars... Which is sad, because overall it's not a bad book. It was ok, good. But I have several issues with it.Have you ever read a story where the heroine is just "too" good? But yet something is ...

What I like about series are that once they hit their stride, the writing style becomes familiar enough that the books just flow. One into the other the characters become familiar, their stories blend and mesh - it's heaven to me. Sometime it just takes a book or two before the series hits that st...

Good setup for next book (Gideon) and a hint at Paris's. I was surprised at the ending, didn't see that coming. The war continues, more things are learned. I really would like to read Cameo's and Torin's story(or stories); very curious how Showalter would work with that one.
