Took me awhile to get into it but I ended up really liking it.
The Emerald Talisman was a sweet book. I didn't love it, but I didn't hate it either. I instantly loved the empath skew used in this book, but by the end of it, it was grating on my nerves. This is just another book like Twilight. Julia is awful and the only reason this book gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because of Nicholas. He's kind of cute and has way more personality than Julia. The book seriously lacks humor!
