"You are rather like a child" Alan said, but he didn't sound scornful, and his tight mouth had relaxed. " I skipped that part o'life. So I decided to try again when I can". Meet two VERY different from each other characters. The stone-cold-and-composed at first sight Sir Alan and the easy-going-I -a...

SPOILERS The title suits the book perfectly, although it could have easily being called "The Storm and The Sunshine" as well. Alan , as the Storm, is a melancholic war survivor man; and Jem, the Sunshine, is a cheerful, nice young prostitute.I loved Jem. He was truly a rogue; I love his daring app...

What was intended to be a one night stand turns into an offer of permanent employment as the Lord’s ...

It took more than half the book to get me to like the characters. Up till that point, I was resigned to give this a 3 star rating at best. I was more invested in the second half of the book though so overall, I'd say this is 3.5 stars. [spoiler] I wasn't sure how much validity to put to the word...

This was a bit of a disappointment. It felt very similar to "The gentelman's keeper", but without the charme, humor and the great main characters. So what was left, was fairly decent writing. It would have been a better read, if the authors didn't decide to go for the big drama in the last third -...

4 stars. Very enjoyable story about Sir Allen and his rent boy/valet, Jem. Jem definitely stole the scenes for me, he was a great character. No matter what life threw at him, he just rolled with it and tried to find the good in things. And that sexy dirty talk didn't hurt either! ;)

Let me just say that ya'll are seriously missing out by not reading this story. Like another person said, for those who are reluctant to read a m-m story, just skip over the parts that might make you uncomfortable because the rest is so worth it. This story is about a haughty, brooding aristocrat ...
