This was the end to a great series about Julius Caesar. Rather than just describing Caesar's impressive accomplishments, Conn Iggulden describes the passions and foibles of Caesar and his companions. Sad ending of the series, but an excellent book as the other three. Read my review at Beyond Strange New Words.
I didn't hate this book, but there were too many inaccuracies (compared to my study of the subject) to really enjoy the book.
