This book is ok. I’ve read better thrillers, but it was good enough to keep me reading to the end. I find stories that rely heavily on twists and turns in plots and over plays implausible connections between characters and events leaves me feeling as if the author has been toying with the reader, wh...

I really enjoyed the characters in this and the way the town felt like a real place. I really enjoyed the sister dynamic in this story, as well as how it covered estrangement. Something I really didn't like is the fact that I feel like all of Karen Slaughters books fall back on the same kind of vi...

This book is about so much. It's a mystery on top of a mystery. It's about family relationships. There are terrible tragedies. It has tons of heartstring pullers. The Good Daughter kept me 100% interested for the entire read. I definitely recommend it.

Will they get justice? I get invested. That's good story-telling.I like the pace of this book, it was...

This was a tough book to read and not for the faint of heart. I received this book for free and voluntarily chose to review it. I've given it a 4.5* rating. It was hard to put down and kept me up late into the morning a couple of days. This whole story winds around a brutal murder and attempted murd...

Yet another wonderful, well crafted, and presented story from Karin Slaughter which sees her departing from her regular Atlanta duo Well Trent (Georgia Bureau of Investigation special agent) and Dr Sarah Linton. In this one off novel we are introduced to the Quinns; Rusty, Gamma, and their two daugh...
