Alright, I think I liked this one enough to eventually continue the series. There were plenty of points that made me angry, frustrated, etc., but I think this one was better than the two or three before it. The ending couple of chapters made it a little more bearable, though, and gave me a glimmer o...

This is a series I've stopped waiting for and I'm just borrowing from the library. It's just not making me want the books, it's more curiousity that's driving me these days. This is my 2nd read, 1st review of this book and i enjoyed it a great deal. What i loved most was the church scene with the harlequin and break up with Richard. But also the new changes in the ardeur was pretty nifty.

Anything is an improvement after 'Danse Macabre.' This one starts off like the good ol' days! There's mystery, plot, murder... then the sex comes back. Oh well. That's ok, because at least there is something resembling a plot! Oh plot, I have missed you. This book gives me hope that the rest of the ...

Originally read 11/02/09 - 2nd time reading this time by audiobookSome days there were like 10 crises. I didn't quite finish it because I realized I just didn't care what happened anymore. I am going to continue reading the series since I do enjoy them. I just hope they get better than this.

How to make my review sound different, when the books at this point are much the same? Hmmm...Good things: The constant foreshadowing of Marmee Noir and Belle Morte are leading up to something big. Anita finally tires of Richard, (I've been tired of him for the last six books) and forces him to cho...
