Enjoyed it, thought the world building around the languages was a little simplistic, but it is a short story. Didn't really feel the chemistry, and thought the initial misunderstanding was OOC, but a good way to spend half an hour.
A lovely short story perfect as an "in-betweener" for those large novels you are getting ready to tackle.
