I liked this romantic suspense but I didn't buy into the romance conflict which dragged the plot some. Ten years is a bit much to attribute to stubbornness. Twelve years ago Miranda escaped torture by a serial killer still at loose and FBI agent Quinn, her former lover, is on the case.
This Predator series is really amazing. The first book was awesome and this one was just as good, if not better. Brennan writes her characters in such a way that it really brings them to life. I love how the characters are flawed and not perfect and the final scenes were absolutely gripping! I can't...
I very much enjoyed this series. Unfortunately I haven't felt that all of Brennan's books are created equally and have not been happy with some others.
