Wow! So, this book answer the of the questions from The Restorer. Amelia's parentage is answered. This focuses much less on cemetery restoration and more on this creepy, small town. No one likes to talk. There is also a secondary story-line with Ivy. I'm not sure if I would have nixed that or given ...

*squees* The ending makes me so amped for the next book, I think I'm going to buy it and devour it right now. Midnight is probably the wrong time to start reading a 350 page novel, but whatever. This series is phenomenal.

I liked it and would recommend the series but there were a few things that bothered me and prevented The Kingdom to reach the same leve...

Originally posted on August 4, 2013 Edited and reposted. I maybe enjoyed this second book of the Graveyard Queen series a bit differently than I enjoyed the first book. The Kingdom had all the intriguing elements of a ghostly, paranormal mystery; but at the same time, it kind of played off more in c...

I'm starting to wonder how Amelia can possibly support herself, she really seems to be spending more time being haunted and finding herself in the middle of murders vs being able to complete any graveyard restorations. Thank goodness for the popularity of her blog and the minor income it provides. ;...

And so I finished the second book in this series and discovered hope for finding unique books in the urban fantasy genre. The End.Although technically speaking this isn't really urban fantasy, it's more along the lines of gothic. I read the first book in the series a while ago and I fell in love. At ...
