If you're a fan of good reads this might be a good book for you, as there are over 100 different stories in here. If you're a fan of music this is a real good read for you. If you enjoy rhyme and verse this is a great read for you. This is a book of songs running the gamut from mainly rock to pop, country and blues. I consider myself to be a lover of music, rock being my favorite, but just about any, if it's done right. In my little mind, if it's words worth writing, then they're words worth meaning. So most of these are written with a purpose and a meaning, and most with a little message of hope. These are written by a guy who has stood in a lot, or can imagine what it's like to stand in many different shoes of life. This will be the first in a series called the Sentence Series. The verse writing style is mainly what I use, to me if it has lines they're more memorable in a rhyming scheme, but that's just me. I do work hard on trying to keep the meaning of the story while trying to keep the rhyme and rhythm going. If during your reading you find the flow getting awkward, then the rhythm probably changed somewhere. I'm hoping someone gets a hold of this book and decides to use some of these stories as songs. Based on what I've heard lately on radio and video, I believe there's a few hits here if done right, anyway more of that on the inner flap.There is a little bit about a lot of different walks of life in here, weather you choose to read it lyrically or as a story I'm pretty certain you'll enjoy it!
