I enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I would. Having recently read [b:The Long Goodbye|2054|The Long Goodbye (Philip Marlowe, #6)|Raymond Chandler|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1388225584s/2054.jpg|998106], and having this one gathering dust in my TBR list, I thought it would be only natural that ...
I like the setting of the cheese shop and this book made me want to find a local Fromagerie for some new cheeses for fall. The town sounds nice with it's mix of shops and shop owners. Kind of like a Richard Scarry Busytown. I know this was the first book in this series, but I felt like I was drop...
I loved the setting and the large cast of characters. Although the story lacked in reality as far as the legal aspect, it is a cozy and I don't tend to get too hung up on such thing. Overall, the book was quite enjoyable and I am looking forward to more in the series.

This was an okay read. Must admit to being lost with the cheese talk as I'm definitely NOT a cheese person (my husband would probably have found that part of the book fascinating!), but the mystery was decent and I didn't figure it out until fairly close to the end. I liked the characters enough t...
I rather enjoyed reading this book. Charlotte is a wonderful character who along with her cousin Matthew, have taken over the cheese shop from their grandparents. It gets really interesting just in the first few chapters to keep you hooked through out the whole book. Matthew and his daughters ar...
