I am officially giving up after three months having read nearly 200 pages. There is just so much damn dialogue about the most banal uninteresting things. There is absolutely zero chemistry between anyone. Everyone is so one dimensional and I have no idea how anyone found them interesting enough to...

Nicholas Sparks is one of my favorite authors. I have read all of his books as far as I know and liked or loved them all. I had put off reading this one for awhile because I'm not a big fan of cowboys. Of course he totally won me over. I loved the parallel stories of the old love and the new lov...

Good love story, which I already knew going in. Sparks is a master at the feel good romance. I enjoyed the historical aspect in this one and actually loved the convergence of the two couples in the book.

I absolutely fell in love with this book since I issued it. Right from the cover of the book to the last page, it will keep you engrossed. It really didn’t let me sleep peacefully as the entire time I was concerned about what’s going to happen to Ira.The letters that Ira wrote for Ruth were so emoti...

Opening Line: “I sometimes think to myself that I’m the last of my kind.” Well I’ve gotta give this 5 stars because Nicholas Sparks did it to me again with another unforgettable romance. I just can’t help myself when it comes to his books even though they’re not really my style. By now I’ve also ...
