An intruding short story with an interesting twist. It is amazing how the author conveys so much through such a limited number of pages and the subtle way she coxes the readers to think about the story after finishing it.

A powerful short story about tradition and the need to question it.

Siendo sincera me dan miedo hasta las películas de muerte...

While I can see how this story was radical and terrifying in its time, in the age of "The Hunger Games", it is not quite as shocking as it once was. The thing that I found most interesting, most chilling, was the way the people kept insisting that they should "get on with it" and "wrap it up". The c...

We Have Always Lived in the Castle is extremely well written and disturbing story about demons within ourselves. Loved every word of it, because every word had a meaning. Scary, gothic, playful and sick story about murderous girl and her sister. I read Jackson`s scandalous story "The Lottery" as w...
