The story had strong characters and an entertaining plot. It had tense moments when he accuses her of embezzling more money and their fights after that were rough to witness, but it did make for a page turner. Another fun read from author Janna MacGregor. Her characters never disappoint and March and McCalpin were a delight. This is a great book about how even dealing with hard times can lead to a great love. I would recommend this book to friends.
