Does anyone remember this quote out of The Ghost and the Darkness? No? Then you might want to watch that movie again, because despite its quite boring trailer, it is still damn good (which is actually the opposite of today where most trailers look awesome but often the movies nevertheless suck). I liked this book, which I read after seeing The Ghost and the Darkness. The story was well written, and really captured the sense of terror that these people must have faced as they were stalked by these lions.That said, I could not read this story without my modern sensibilities coming into play....
