Pretty good for another book in the genre. Definitely got itneresting right from the start. Kept me reading to see what mystery (the runners, the maze, the griefers ,etc) would be solved next. Liked the spoiler at the end.

It’s a bad idea at heart, but a talented author can narrate a Point-and-Click game and capture some of the energy. Dashner makes literature and video games collide, forget...

The plot was intriguing and kept me reading; in fact, it was probably the only reason why I kept reading. Some writers are able to seamlessly integrate characterization and good writing with a fast-moving plot; James Dashner is not one of them. The pacing is strange, and Dashner's use of cliches bec...
