Quite possibly the worst book on Ancient Egypt that I have ever read. I wasn't happy with it at all, what with the cheap, sleazy tone of the plot, the constant jumping about, and the shoddy research (especially when the author mentions how meticulous he is with it!) -- HAH! It was a nice light read, not too much as far as new information goes but it certainly helped to put the theories into perspective so that they were easy to "see".
