2.5 - 3 stars. An interesting read, particularly the Jack the Ripper murder/mystery bits, but alas, "Name of the Star" wasn't nearly as gripping or suspenseful as I'd hoped it would be. Maybe that's because the first 80-90% of it felt like a long prologue or introduction to a bigger & better story. ...
Got off to a great start, but sort of fizzled out. The first half was highly enjoyable, though.
