Nice little middle school book. I assume the first of 7 books???? It was a neat little story. My only complaint was a few uses of the word "sh**", as I honestly don't think appropriate for 5th graders. Other than that, fun story with a great main character. Hope there is more to come.
An excellent guide to strength training and nutrition for women backed by science and research. It's easy to read and tongue-in-cheek which I appreciate. Highly recommend it for women looking to get stronger and that want to step away from the "barbie" weights.
