I randomly chose this one from the Christie books on my kindle during the weather related blackout. I didn't know what to expect as I didn't easily have access to the synopsis (and I believe my phone was in my car charging when I first started this one), so I went into it rather blind. I enjoyed t...
I went into The Pale Horse without much hope that I would enjoy it - I'm down to the last 8 (now 7) Christie novels, and I'm reserving the ones that I thought would be the best bets for enjoyment to the end. I liked the protagonist. The supporting cast was serviceable, though not impressive. It was an easy, quick read. The surprise ending was, in retrospect, quite plausible. So I give this a thumbs-up for mystery lovers.
