5.0 The Plains of Passage (Earth's Children, Book Four)
This is one of my favourite series of books and I frequently find myself rereading them. The details and descriptions and the contrast between the Neanderthal and Cro-Magnon way of life brings the past to life and you can almost hear the fires crackling and the meat roasting over the flames.

I'm infatuated with Ayla and Jundular, I love the how the book shows herbal medicine and how different clans and settlements have similar culture and how some practices have veered off into oblivion. It's hard for me to review a book in a series, specially when I'm waiting for the next turn of even...
