I love a good historical fiction, and I especially wanted to branch out from the English monarchs I tend to read about. So when offered the opportunity to read The Queen’s Vow, I jumped. I've read this author's other books and really enjoyed them, so I was excited to have a chance at this one - especially with a historical character who hasn't had much coverage in historical fiction - Isabella of Spain.
