The first book in a series with a former PR lady who retired early to settle in a cottage in the English countryside. She is a spicy character, with few social graces - but she is lovable! I really enjoyed this mystery and look forward to digging in to this series.
Picked this up after hearing about the series on The Readers podcast (great podcast, check it out). I didn't really think it was the type of book for me, but I was wrong.
