Enjoyed this book a lot. Pierces strength is in storytelling and character development.
Generally a good book. Was disturbed by the relationship between a 16 and 30 yr old though. Didn't bother me the first time I read it (when I must have been about 12) but now more of an issue to my brain.
I enjoyed this book a lot when I first picked it up. The writing was strong and compelling as were the characters. I read nearly half of it in a day. Daine and this series aren't my favorite among Pierce's characters or books. I think because I find the environmentalist themes unsympathetic and preachy.
