A story of a vampire group in Australia who find themselves investigating a murder of one of their number, not that several of them didn't mind that he's dead! It is quite entertaining that they're trying so hard to be normal and the meeting group are almost like an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting. ...

This book was good. I really liked the plot of the story and the characters. Nina is a good narrator. I like Dave because he was kinda like the hero. I like Ruben because he was the lively person of the group and I felt bad for him because his life sucked. I also liked Father Ramon becuase he was a ...

3.5-3.75 starsThis is a different one - with how sickly and weak and scared the vamps are, it definitely doesn't fit in with the sexy vamps or the horrow vamps. They are co-dependent and mostly whiny. I actually kind of liked this for awhile, it just got a tad old as the story wound on.I liked Nina ...

This book, like so many others, begins with the author proclaiming, "Everything you know about vampires is wrong!" and ends up leaving readers with the impression that nearly everything they knew about readers is, in fact, right. Jinks's vampires do sleep during the day, drink blood, create other va...
Title and Statement of Responsibility
Imagine a group of vampires who have chosen to live the "vegetarian" lifestyle, avoiding the inevitable awkwardness that arises from drinking human blood. No, it's not Twilight. You know what hell is? Apparently, hell is having to attend a support group for vampires every Tuesday night for all of eternity. Jinks has created a more realistic group of vampires, but they're a terribly sad lot. They feel sick all the time, they struggle to meet their own most basic needs, their...

I really liked this, it was funny and different. I don't see why it should be labeled as young adult, Nina only looks 15, she is really 51.

I don't know why I chose this. I walked into the teen room and stated, "I do not want to read any more books about anything even vaguely supernatural. No more fairies, no more werewolves and certainly no more vampires!"And I walked out with this.Let's hope it's funny, otherwise, I'm going to start s...

Couldn't finish this one. The characters were bland and unmemorable, the plot was slow going and the storyline was nearly non-existent. Made it to pg 100 and couldn't deal with the boredom any longer.

Reformed Vampire Support Group just could not hold my attention, at all. I didn't care about the characters or the plot which is a disappointment because the summery of the book sounds like a cute, quirky, mystery type paranormal but it's just so "meh". I had to really push myself to finish this one...
