It's been two months since I read this (why, yes, I am terribly behind on my reviews), so I'm resorting to Goodreads for the summary:Beneath the glitter of nineteenth century London society lurks a bloodthirsty evil...Vampires have always lived among them, quietly attacking unsuspecting debutantes a...
it's a Buffy the Vampire Slayer meets 19th Century novel and while a lot of the tortured manners does make an occasional appearance I didn't feel that it was well-anchored in a period while I was reading. There is a little romance threaded thru the storyline, but didn't leave ya with that warm & fuzzy feeling. The first half drug...
