I am really disappointed. I didn't like this book. I have liked other books by RA and have read a couple of them and love to read on anything during the time of the Romanovs. I thought this book would really be a no-brainer for me and it simply fell flat. I guess they all can't be winners!!
I tore through this book, as I have Mr. Alexander's other books of the same period. Nicholas II and the Russian Revolution are my favorite period in history and I will read just about anything with a connection to the period and the Russian Royal Family.
