Interesting story, but not at all a romance. Fred was never remotely likeable, and an actual romance between him and James seemed wrong and unlikely. Yet somehow they ended up together anyway?? James and Samuel I could have believed, and rooted for. Also, waaaay too many instances of the wrong name ...
