Fine book... 4.5 stars.
An enjoyable, if somewhat confusing and unbelievable plot. The main protagonist is a bit too 'tortured' but seems to be growing as a character which is always nice in a series.

Third story in the Montalbano mystery series and so far the best and the first two weren't too shabby. The mystery mixes international intrigue, an exotic woman, a lovable child and Montalbano at a crossroad emotionally and professionally. To hint at the plot would just betray the joy of finding out...
