Series: Percy Jackson & Kane Chronicles Crossover (#1)
Besides wishing they were longer, I love these Percy Jackson/Kane Chronicles crossovers.
So I have to be honest, I read this for a challenge, I haven't read any of the Percy Jackson stuff (only saw the first movie), and I never heard of Carter and his series. However, it seems that is not a problem for this book. You still get introductions and stuff is well explained, so even when I did...
probably should've read all of the Kan Chronicles before reading this.... but I needed more Percy Jackson so I just couldn't help it haha. Since Percy has a way of summoning Carter, I expect more in the future Rick! Contrasting their perceptions of the world was just great, loved it!
This review also appears on the NerdHerd Reads As if Carter or Percy by themselves wasn't enough sarcastic humor and witty banter, put them together and you get...even more sarcastic humor and witty banter. I loved the crossover of both of these characters. They live almost in two separate worlds,...
I absolutely loved the interaction between Carter Kane and Percy Jackson. It sets up a lovely series, should Rick choose to write it!
