Freaking amazing!!! It was like the hunger games of the underworld and no PG restriction!!Another great book by GS :))
I enjoy Gena Showalter's books, but something was missing for me in this one. To many side stories, the ending was disappointing, and I was not found of the 'Survivor' aspect.
I think the ending worked out a little too well (for most of the people involved). This is the book that I was the most excited about after starting this series. Layel and an Amazon warrior, I don't think it could have worked out better. I do wonder why the Amazons haven't been mentioned in this ser...
Very fast paced and intriguing.
There's a lot going on in this story and that's not always a good thing. There's the main romance, a secondary romance, a set up for a romance in a novella and the whole Survivor:Atlantis competition. Even though I always dislike it when a former lover/mate is a big part of a story, I found myself really liking this book..From the first mention of Susan, I was about to burn this book though, because I was sure it would leave me the same way as 'Night Embrace' Dark-Hunter #3 did.. That book had th...

As both he and his fellow vampires get caught up in it, he endeavors to destroy as many Dragons as he can. After a few Dragons, killed his wife, he has sought revenge ever since, vowing to himself...
for some reason it was difficult for me to engage w/this book and it took reading another book and then starting it again before I was able to stay focused and connect. I was really hoping for a different story for Layel that focused more on his growth through heartache. I felt like instead of worki...
