This review was originally posted on One Curvy BloggerI started the first The Walking Dead comic back in February and really enjoyed it but for some reason, I never picked up the second book. Well, that has changed since Carol over @ I'm A Voracious Reader is reviewing her experiences with the graph...

A few months ago, I had no interest in The Walking Dead. I read the first issue out of curiosity to see why it's so popular. Now here I am finishing the second volume and it's still a four-star read. The characters are interest as well as their "situation", so I'll be reading the next volume to find...

Not as good as the previous book. There was just too much idiocy and secrets going on. The first part was a bit confusing, I was expecting Rick/Lori, but instead it was before she found out Rick was still alive. We find out what happened between Shane and Lori.Apparently ***** (since BL likes to sho...

I'm not a huge fan of Kirkman's dialogue. It comes off as a little corny at times, but I love the storylines nevertheless. I didn't like the artwork as much as that in the first volume. I must prefer Moore's crisp, detailed pieces and intricate shading over Adlard's seemingly rushed sketches and har...

I will admit I wasn't fully invested after finishing the first graphic novel, but now I am. There are so many differences between the comics and the show and I'm loving it. So many unexpected twists and turns (not to mention relationships.) And Hershal is way more badass in this book than he ever wa...

I'm still loving this series. It's nice to go back and see how the characters got form volume one to volume twenty, at least a little bit. There were definitely nuances I missed reading so out of order so I'm hoping to fill some of the blanks. I got twenty graphic novels out of the library so...

This was not as good as the first volume, 'Days Gone Bye', but the ending was interesting nonetheless. I also think that the sketchwork in this volume lacked the detailing of the 1st one.

Not quite as good as the first one but definitely still a great, fun read. At the end of this volume, we are to the point to where I've seen in the tv show, so I'm really excited to read the next volume in this. TV show for the most part stays relatively close to the comic. This volume starts with ...
