Not nearly as enjoyable as I thought it would be (from reading other reviews of the book). The characters are shallow, the plot has many elements borrowed from other Traditional Regency books, especially Georgette Heyer's, and the hero Ethan Brundy's motivation for loving the heroine is very weak.
