A retelling of Sleeping Beauty with quite an interesting twist. Original and fun. Sleeping Beauty's sister, Annie, is the only inhabitant of the castle who stays awake when the spell is cast. Written with humor and a very little romance, The Wide-Awake Princess is a lovely book.
