4/5 starsThis wasn't my favorite Sandra Brown book, but it's still really good. I wasn't a fan of the bigotry, sexism and racism, but it's needed for the story.John was great and I also liked Kendall. What I love about Sandra's books is that the women are not just airheads in the middle of a crime, b...
I realize my rating is kind of harsh but I read this looking for a good mystery and what I got was a romance that I didn't necessarily enjoy. It wasn't a bad book which is why I am giving it a 2.5 but I'd feel like I wasn't being honest if I gave it a 3.
I would have given it four stars but the end wasn't good enough for me. I don't think that the end i want will be suitable for this book but i still want it.When i started this book i knew that i wasn't going to like it as much as the other books by Sandra Brown, because it wasn't just a sweet roman...
The Witness is pretty good. It's one that I'll definitely read again. It was a little creepier than most of Sandra Brown's other books and a little darker. I loved the "hostage's" character. Review of audiobook version narrated by Joyce Bean. What a crazy book! I don’t know that I’ve ever been so enthralled by a plot that I ultimately found silly. The audiobook is 13+ hrs long and I listened to it in less than a day so you can tell how absorbed I was by the story. The action was excit...
The Witness was an interesting read. The beginning sucked me in immediately. I chose this book for a challenge-read and found the audiobook at the library. If it'd hadn't been picked for a challenge, I probably wouldn't have read it. But, wasn't disappointed. The story begins with a car crash whe...
Pretty good..yet pretty predictable, as someone told me it would be. I did enjoy it though for it being my first SB book. I will read more when I have breaks in my reading "schedules"
