Corey Callahan was expecting to go to prestigious Harkness College as a varsity hockey player, but instead arrives there in a wheelchair, after ending up partly paralysed from the wait down after an accident on the ice. Her cheerful new roommate doesn't seem to mind that they have to stay in a handi...

This amazing start to a 5* series begins with Corey starting college and moving in with her roommate. She meets her neighbor, Adam Hartley, who lives across the hall. Hartley played hockey with her older brother, and treats her like a little sister for most of the semester. Since they are both d...

This was excellent. I liked this story a lot. I generally do not enjoy the NA genre much at all. It's too fraught with angst and problems of the character's own making and I end up losing patience. This is not that kind of story and I'll definitely be picking up number two in the series.

They communicated, there were no stupid misunderstanding. I was okay with the break up because it made perfect sense...

Since she was child it has been major part of her life - her brother used to play, her father used to coach and she herself also spent all the free time she had on ice. In high school she was the captain of the ice hockey team on her way to college hockey teams. Then...
