Alarmingly decent for historical romance - Highland warrior style. No insta-love, good characters, interesting characters. It was all there. Pretty alright.

This was a freebie or cheapie e-book that was worth reading. I think I have read something from this author before and enjoyed it. A sweet heroine with a hot Scot going back in time with fairy involvment. How can you resist?

I am a sucker for this type of storyline, modern time woman transported back in time to find her Scottish hero. I enjoyed everything about this book.

The time travel action of this story was pretty good. The rest was a common theme with alpha hero who denied his love and timid heroine. I skimming some so my rating is 3.5* 13th century Scottish warrior Connor appears in Caitlyn's bedroom in the year 2007.

I was disappointed in the lack of magic through the book, which is the only thing keeping me from giving this 4 stars. I liked it enough to give the second book a go, but it will not be a high ...

This story of Melissa Mayhue brought me home again, somehow it speaks of the novels written long ago, the ones I read when I was a teenager. Filled with romance, adventure and family it instantly made me want to snuggle up on the couch and let myself be swiped away to times that echo with long forgo...
