Thomas Hoholm lives in Oslo, where he is researching and teaching organization, innovation and entrepreneurship at the BI Norwegian Business School. He is particularly concerned with the tensions and controversies that tend to emerge from creative processes in organizations and networks, and has been involved in ethnographic research in the food industry, the healthcare sector, and in education.He is currently a visiting researcher at UC Berkeley, and has formerly been a visiting researcher at Lancaster University Management School. He finished his PhD in innovation at BI Norwegian Business School in 2009, after an MA in Management Learning at Lancaster University Management School, and a bachelor degree in social sciences at the University of Oslo.He has published on the organization of innovation in journals like Human Relations, Management Learning, Industrial Marketing Management, and European Journal of Innovation Management.
