Any fabulous five-star reads lately?
I just finished Bridge of Birds and found it a lot of fun.
Maddaddam, by Margaret Atwood. Excellent conclusion to the trilogy begun with Oryx and Crake.
I'm thinking that Black Hills by Dan Simmons is a five-star for me. I finished it last week and am mulling it over in my head.

Just looked at Bridge of Birds, which does sound good and I've added to my TBR. But also, the synopsis sounds familiar. I'm sure I read another book blurb where adults were searching out missing children, but the setting was Europe in the Middle Ages. (Time to go investigating.)

And Maddaddam also sounds good, but when I started Oryx and Crake a few years ago, I couldn't get into it. Maybe the timing wasn't right. I think I will try it again.
