Hi everyone. I'm a Harlequin Presents gal all the way. Susan Napier, Sandra Marton, Sara Craven, even... gasp... Penny Jordan! Sarah Mayberry and Karina Bliss occasionally tempt me over to SuperRomance and Blaze land.
I think I've only read Gayle Wilson in suspense, though I prefer her historicals. Oh wait, of course I've read Anne Stuart and Linda Howard, too.
I hope it's okay that I've joined this group. I promise to firmly wear my reader's hat around here!
I was introduced to the joys of Mills & Boon romances when I spent a year in Galway as an exchange student, and I have been in love with them ever since. I mainly read M&B Modern and Tender (I know they've been renamed, but I refuse to acknowledge that fact *g*). Among my favourite authors are Jacqueline Gilbert (love, love, LOVE her books!!!!), Kate Walker, Sara Craven, Leigh Michaels, Michelle Reid, and Penny Jordan. My favourite comfort reads are "The Prodigal Wife" by Susan Fox and "A Wife on Paper" by Liz Fielding. Two of the cutest M&B romances I've ever read were Victoria Gordon's "A Magical Affair" and Margaret Moore's "The Wastrel" (a historical).
Hi willa and all! It's Lynsey A from goodreads. I may go back to that name but I kinda like the Lynsey's Love of Romance thing I have going. :)
I love my HP books. I haven't read that many this year but I hope to get back in to reading more of them in 2014.
